Guidelines released for Peregrine mixed use development

Published Thursday, 24 January 2019

The Peregrine Mixed Use Development is being assessed under the Major Development provisions of the Development Act 1993.

A variation has been sought to the current development authorisation, to establish a helicopter landing facility on the roof of the approved (but not constructed) headquarters building.

A major development proposal requires the State Planning Commission to set the level of assessment and prepare a set of guidelines.

The State Planning Commission determined the level of assessment to be a Public Environmental Report (PER). The PER must be prepared in accordance with guidelines.

These guidelines are now released for public information.
