The State Commission Assessment Panel (SCAP) Members are bound by the Minister’s Code of Conduct.
SCAP Members are also required to disclose their financial and other interests as required by the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016, and this information is available for inspection at Level 5, 50 Flinders St, Adelaide.

The Minister has adopted a code of conduct to be observed by members of assessment panels. The code of conduct sets out standards of conduct and professionalism that are to be observed by all members of an assessment panel.
