Welcome to the Land Division Assessment Panel (LDAP)

Established as a sub-committee of the State Planning Commission under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016, the LDAP assumes the Commission’s powers as a relevant authority in the assessment of applications for land division.

The LDAP consists of seven members with planning, engineering and development expertise who are appointed by the State Planning Commission.

Role of the Panel

The Land Division Assessment Panel (LDAP) is established under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.

The LDAP independently assess and determine certain land division applications in South Australia, as delegated by the State Planning Commission, where they have been called in by the Minister for Planning.

Meet the members

The Land Division Assessment Panel (LDAP) includes seven members appointed by the State Planning Commission.

The members are selected from various backgrounds from the planning and development industry with expertise in land division and infrastructure design and delivery.

The State Planning Commission acknowledges and respects Aboriginal peoples as the state's First Peoples and nations and recognises Aboriginal peoples as Traditional Owners and occupants of lands and waters in South Australia
