Crown Development Applications

For Crown Development and Public Infrastructure applications, the Development Act 1993 requires the State Commission Assessment Panel (SCAP) to prepare an assessment report to the Minister for Planning.The Minister may, after receipt of the report from SCAP, approve or refuse the development.
