Since the launch of the new planning system in March this year, ePlanning has dramatically altered the way the planning 'rule book' – the Planning and Design Code (the Code) – is stored, retreived and maintained in South Australia.
Now, in a state-first, anyone can view the status of all proposed Code Amendments via the PlanSA portal, further enhancing the portal's accessbility as a 'one-stop-shop' where information is delivered consistently and transparently.
The Code Amendment Portal also features a Code Amendment Map Viewer which provides an interactive and easy way to access information about proposals to amend the Code and the ability to submit feedback online - supporting community participation early in the planning process.
To view the latest proposals to amend the Code and use the online mapping tool, visit the new Code Amendment Portal.
